Got 3 cancellation request out of which it didn’t show reason in 2. I am just wondering if it’s possible for customers to submit reason form without entering anything?

    Hi,

Reason is not a required field user can submit without giving a reason, will introduce a option in next version to make the reason as required field

    Hi,
We have released a new version 1.2 upgrade to that version in that we have given the option to make the reason as required field

after upgrading go to the plugin setting over there you will find a new option to make the reason as required field (by default it is inactive)

you can activate it so user cant submit cacellation request without entering a reason
