Cancellation reason

Hi,
Is it possible to prompt users for a reason when they cancel their booking?
We’re using it internally so all bookings are free, and users can successfully go to their own bookings page and cancel if required.
What I’d like is for when they click cancel to present them with a drop down list of reasons to select why they’re cancelling.
Is this possible, and if so advice on how to set it up would be greatly appreciated.
