    Is it possible to set up a cancellation period for members? For example, if an annual membership with automatic renewal starts on 01.01.2024, it would be renewed on 01.01.2025. The member can therefore cancel until 31.12.2024. Is it possible for the membership to be renewed on 01.12.2024 for the period from 01.01.2025? This would “build in” a cancellation period.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    This would require custom development to achieve. By creating a level that renews every 1 year, we send a ‘1 YEAR’ period to the gateway and they automatically process the renewals in that timeframe.

    An alternative would be to calculate the amount of days from signing up to the cancellation period date, and setting the renewal period to ‘300 DAYS’ or something similar.
