    Hello,

I have been using Event Managers for a long time! Thanks to the developers for this free version!
Since the last version (5.9.11.3), the cancellation of registration does not work anymore.
The link to the unsubscribe page in the settings is correct, but the page is either blank or shows a “sign in” message.

Sorry about that, can you try the latest EM Dev version 5.9.11.4 and see if this makes any difference?

Thank you for your answer, and the new version ?? but the 5.9.11.4 doesn’t still appear on WordPress site, neither on the extension page on my blog.

I’ll tell you more when it’s available ??

    Hello,
    Thanks for the link!
It makes no difference with the EM Dev version 5.9.11.4.

If I am logged in as the site admin, I can access all the scheduled events.

If I am logged in as a user, with the appropriate rights, I get a message saying that I need to log in: “You must log in to view and manage your events.”

    Hi Lise,

Your last message makes me wonder if either your settings are incorrect/changed, or maybe there’s a misunderstanding.

I was assuming just a cancellation link wasn’t working e.g. a user views ‘my bookings’ and it doesn’t cancel if they click a booking to cancel.

Your last message makes me think that maybe the whole ‘My Bookings’ page isn’t working and just showing a login message?

If the latter, then check your settings in Settings > Pages > Other Pages and make sure you haven’t assigned the same page twice to “My Bookings” and “Manage Bookings”, they’re two different things with different permission requirements.

Also, the login message is correct if you’re logged out. If you’re logged in and still see a login message, then maybe another plugin is messing with WP’s functionality to check if a user is logged in. Test for conflicting plugins. Install WP Safe Mode and see if the problem goes away with Safe Mode enabled and only Events Manager active along with a default WP theme.

    That’s right!

If the latter, then check your settings in Settings > Pages > Other Pages and make sure you haven’t assigned the same page twice to “My Bookings” and “Manage Bookings”, they’re two different things with different permission requirements.

    Good point ??

Thanks for your explanation and sorry for this silly mistake!
