    Hi,

    When someone cancels their Paid Membership Pro membership, it cancels fine on the website, however, it doesn’t cancel on the PayFast end.

    We run into this issue/receive this error email

    There was an error canceling the subscription for user with ID=146. You will want to check your payment gateway to see if their subscription is still active.

    Error: Length Required

    Please can you assist?

    We are aware of this issue and investigating this with high priority, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.

    I’ll revert back as soon as I possibly can.

    We’ve just released version 1.1 which should resolve this issue @nicola-tweed, please can you update and let me know if you are still experiencing cancellation issues.
