    The cancellation link doesn’t work for multiple bookings using the shopping cart on my site. Is this a known issue? The link occasionally cancels another of the group bookings instead of the one it relates to in the confirmation email.

    This issue has been resolved, the new version should be ready to download within the next 48-72 hours.

    Thanks for reporting this issue. Although, this feature belongs to the pro version you would need to update the core plugin as well.

    Actually, for example if the client purchases 3 different services a cancellation link will be generated to each one of them.

    That’s because a client might want to cancel just one of the purchased services rather than cancelling all of them.

    Don’t you think that’s a good way to manage it?

    Of course, additionally we could implement a setting that you should activate if you wish to cancel the whole purchase of one of the purchased items was canceled.

    I must have wrote what I mean out wrong.

    For example, a client makes three bookings and wants to cancel one. They find the email for the booking to cancel, click the link and it cancels another one of the bookings, not the right one.

    This is still not working correctly and I have disabled the cancellation link.

    Any updates or just another issue left to the customer to sort themselves?
