Canceled subscription without user interaction?

Has anyone had issues with a membership “daily subscription” (renews indefinitely) using RCP with Stripe in a live account being canceled without being requested by the user? The credit card is approved and charged, the new subscription is created/renewed, and it shows as active. After a few minutes, we receive a notification that the user has requested the cancelation of the subscription. I am a web developer for the site, and I am testing a live account with my credit card. Obviously, I am not requesting the account to be canceled.
I am using the Free version of the Restrict Content Pro plugin, and Stripe.
