    Hello,
I noticed my canceled orders are moved to the trash… But I want to keep some, because they do have an invoice and credit invoice attached.
So when I update an order to CANCELED myself does this order automatically go to trash after some hours/days by Woocommerce itself?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I understand that your orders are automatically moved to trash if a cancelled order status is assigned.

This does not sound like the default WooCommerce functionality so the orders must be moved to trash by one of your plugins or custom code.

A plugin/theme conflict test will show where this behaviour is coming from:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    I hope this helps!

I also changed in the Accounts and privacy tab, in the Woocommerce settings:
Keep personal data: Save canceled orders to: 100 years (it was set on a couple of days)
    I think it’s now solved.
