Cancel the order time is not accurate

    hello,
    I set the expiration time in 1 hour,
    But the order was canceled 9 hours later.
    I use WP Crontrol set,But it didn’t work.
    I use WordPress 4.9.9

    Can you check in WP Crontrol that the ‘woo_cao_cron‘ spot has a recurrence of 1x per hour.

    Then there is a fairly common problem with a WordPress that does not have many visitors or a very powerful cache system.

    This problem is that cron jobs are not running. Indeed the cron spots are awakened by actions on the WordPress.
    If you have an isolated WordPress without actions, cron spots can be forgotten (there are many similar topics on unpublished planned articles).

    If this is the case, consider scheduling your server to add an alarm clock file “/wp-cron.php” every 30 minutes to just launch cron spots WordPress.
