Cancel Subscription Not Working

    Hi,
    I am using ‘Subscriptions For WooCommerce’ 1.4.1 (free version) with WooCommerce 6.7.0

    I configured the possibility to Cancel the subscription.
    But when clicked, the “Cancel” button has no effect on the subscription status. Either in the user page nor the admin page on the back-office.
    It doesn’t change the status of the subscription from ‘active’ status.

    Do you have any report of this problem from other people ? Is there a solution ?

    We have checked this concern on our end and the cancel functionality is working absolutely fine, this concern may be arises from the third-party plugin or theme, could you please check once by using the default theme and deactivating the third-party plugin one by one and then check if it will work for you or not.

    If further any concerns then kindly share a short video of the concern so that we will check accordingly and assist you.
