    see below – I also would like to cancel the subscription or downgrade to the free plan (if possible at all). I have written several emails within the last two weeks but I have not received a response yet.

    I hope we resolve this problem here.

    Looks like they went out of business. Best would be to cancel your payment through your bank and look for a different plugin.
