Cancel Subscription- Domain does not exist anymore

I need to cancel my sub for jetpack for crowncybersystems.com. We shut that domain down a few years ago and I’m still getting billed for things. I can’t access any email from the domain anymore or my WP site, since its long been removed. I was recently billed for renewal by Jetpack and I want to be refunded and cancel the account.

HELP!
