I get registrations without bookings/payments, for payed (not free) events.

In the Booking settings, I have set ‘Allow guest bookings’ to ‘yes’ to allow seemless registration.

Is it possible to cancel the registration when a new user books without actually paying (by not finishing the payment)?

    tnx!

Yes, you can cancel the bookings under admin dashboard events > bookings

tnx, I know, but I mean can the registration process end when a user doesnt finish the payment process. Now it’s a manual admin action afterwards, and not safe since everybody can create an account by not finishing payment.
When a booking hasnt been finished, the registration shouldnt either…or is there a reason why it should?

Just to confirm, are you using EM Pro since EM pro payment gateways allow you to delete bookings after X minutes when the payment is not completed.

yes, I use EM Pro. When payment isn’t completed, there is no booking (which is fine). However there is a new registration. That should’ve been cancelled too, I think. (not manually afterwards)

You can re-post this in the EM Pro forums instead, however, have you tried the option ‘delete bookings after X minutes’?

I’ll post it there. As said, there are no bookings when the payment process hasn’t been completed. ‘Delete new accounts after x minutes when guest bookings haven’t been completed’ would come close…

I’m going to mark this as resolved and answered you in the Pro forums instead.
