    Hello,

    I’m using the free version of the plugin to test and I’m going to buy the paid version.

    I tested the subscription with the Paypal standard, everything works fine, but when the user cancels the subscription, the cancellation is done on the website but not on the user’s Paypal account.

    Is there a way for the user to cancel the subscription automatically on his Paypal account?

    Hi @oxivoy,

    The subscription should automatically cancel in PayPal when you cancel it on your site.

    Please go to WordPress Dashboard-> Plugins-> Installed Plugins-> and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to PMS. I want to check if you have the latest version of PMS on your site.

    Please navigate to PMS -> Subscription Plans -> click Edit on the subscription with which you have encountered this issue, and send a screenshot of the subscription plan settings.

    You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Hi @oxivoy,

    Could you please go to the WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with which you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs and send it to me.

    As you can see, the user has cancelled his subscription. I check the paypal account, the subscription remains active.
