    Hi @bramvds ,

I understand you’d like your customers to be sent back to the full checkout page instead of the order-pay endpoint when they cancel their payment and I appreciate you for sharing a recording.

To redirect them to the main checkout page, you can add a custom code snippet to your theme’s functions.php file or use a plugin that allows custom redirects after cancellation. However, for custom code, please note that falls outside our support scope. In case you need further assistance with this, you can find professional help through our WooCommerce Experts page: https://woocommerce.com/experts/.

If you’re not comfortable working with code, I recommend searching the WordPress plugin repository for options like “WooCommerce custom checkout” or “WooCommerce redirect after cancel.” Be sure to check the documentation if it fits you needs.

How to achieve this? And why is this not by default?

The reason for the default redirect not being the main checkout page is that WooCommerce aims to streamline the payment process by taking customers back to the payment step they were at. However, customizing the checkout flow to fit your shop’s needs is a great idea.

Hope this helps point you in the right direction.
