Cancel orders

    When changing status from Processing (Behandlas in swedish) to Cancellecd (Avbruten in swedish) is the order removed from svea then (payment admin) ord do one need to go in and cancel in payment admin as well?

    Also, if changes are made in payment admin, is the information sent to woocommerce order?

    Hi!

    If an order is canceled in WooCommerce, it will be reflected in PA. Changes to PA will also be synced to WooCommerce as long as the order is not shipped.

    It syncs when the changes are made not by a specific interval.

    Ok.
    Onre more question. Is is possible to set some status to be able to do changes in wooocommerce. I tried change from Processing to waiting for payment and then the order was cancelled in PA. Can I pause the order and do changes and it will not be cancelled in PA?

    Hi!

    Waiting for payment does not affect PA’s order status. You should be able to change from processing to waiting for payment, change order lines and change back to processing without affecting the order status in PA.

    Please check if there is anything else on your site that could affect your order statuses.
