Cancel Link

When I add #link_cancel# to the confirmation email, it gives me an empty link that reads, “Cancel Appointment” .

If I add it as a link, I get a link, but it’s the full URL.

I’d like to have it “pretty” and working.

This is what my Confirmed email looks like:

Dear #name#,

We are pleased to confirm your appointment for #service_name#.

Here are the details:

You are meeting with #worker_name#

Date and time: #date#, from #start# to #end#

Location: #location_name#
