    I think the short answer is: change your password.

    The password is not in the .iqy file. When you open the file, Excel should prompt you for a login. You can save login that in the Excel file and if you share the file, they will be login with those credentials. But I don’t know if they can figure out your login by looking into the contents of the Excel file.
