cancel a set of rules, if other rules are active

Hello,

I am about to purchase your plugin for a customer, however I dont understand, if I can realize the following scenario with the rules in your plugin. Here it is:

The customer sells two categories of products:

Category A is always delivered with a specific carrier.
– He asks for 70 EUR handling fee for each shippment.
– Additionally to this handling fee, further fees based on the weight of the shippment need to be added (up to 50, 100, 150kg etc).
– The weight based fees are different for three sets of postal code inside Austria/Europe (set one: All post codes beginning with 1,2 and 3 / set two: all beginning with 4,5,7,8,9 / set three: all beginning with 6)

Category B are products that are sent with regular post office.
– up to 5kg 10 EUR
– up to 20 kg 15 EUR

How can I realize the following?

As soon as the cart contains even just one item of category A and otherwise only category B items, only rules for category A items should apply. Because for the one Category A product the specific carrier is needed anyways, so also the category B items will be sent by this carrier.

In short: Even if the cart has 10 category B products, as soon as it has one (or of course more) Category A procuct, all shipping rules for category B should be canceled and only rules for Category A applied.
