    Hi there,

    I’m a a free plugin user, and the features in it are sufficient enough for me, but if everything will work on my website, I will buy your plugin to support it.

    I have the latest WordPress version 6.4.2, Woocommerce 8.3.1, Weight Based Shipping 5.6.3 and PHP 8.1.24

    I expect to see two options for under 6kg (tracked and DPD) and only DPD for over 6kg.

    Im testing with any item in my store – mugs and water bottles are 150g and tote bags are 100g.

    Shipping to any other region I have setup works perfectly fine – only for Canada I don’t get any options for some reason.

    Hi Dom,

    Most of the issues are related to the shipping configuration. So, it is worth double-checking it first.

    To check if a shipping zone you expect to be activated is actually activated, add the built-in Flat Rate shipping method with an outstanding title. If it comes up on checkout, the zone is activated.

    To check if a WBS shipping method is activated, add an empty shipping rule with a clearly identifiable title. If you see it on checkout, the method is activated.

    If still no clues at this point, it is time to check if there is a conflict. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. Then, get things back one at a time until the issue is back. Make sure to enable the WooCommerce shipping debug mode during testing.

    Hi Dan,

    Thank you for getting back to me.

    I tried adding Canada as a new zone with a flat rate – but still, it doesn’t work. It will show no delivery options for this area.

    It seems that only this country is affected as I tried any other like UK, US, Australia, Cambodia etc. all of them work correctly.

    I have set Sell to all countries and Delivery to all countries in the general settings.

    Any ideas?

    All working now!

    I had my United States option setup to be specifically to North America – which includes Canada. That would mean that Canada was included in two options (US and Canadian) and it caused a conflict.

    Hi, I am facing same problem/ All of my shipping zone work perfectly but Canada its not working. Can you guide how I can do that ?
