As of yesterday, Woocommerce Services returns the following errors:

    10-13-2017 @ 21:35:36 – Error. Unable to get shipping rate(s) for wc_services_canada_post instance id 1. (calculate_shipping)
    10-13-2017 @ 21:35:36 – wcc_server_error_response Error: The WooCommerce Services server returned: Unauthorized Invalid token ( 401 ) (calculate_shipping)

I deleted and reinstalled the plugin, and now Canada Post no longer shows up as a shipping method in the Shipping Zones tab . Any ideas as to what caused this error, and how to get Canada Post to work properly?

    Thank you,

    Raymond

    Hi Raymond,

Generally the Canada Post Shipping method only shows up when both the Store Country is set to Canada and the currency is Canadian Dollar. Would you be able to confirm if this is set this way in WooCommerce > Settings > General

Also you can check the WooCommerce Services status report to make sure all the items are green. You can find this in WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Services.

    Hi Michael,

Unfortunately, the currency is in USD and must remain as so. I know some other shipping plugins (in particular XAdapter’s Canada Post) that have a currency converter field in their settings for this exact issue.

Thank you for your help and I’ll mark this as thread resolved.

    Raymond
