can_compress_scripts in wp_options

I have no idea where it comes from, but certain not from Database Cleaner ?? Looks like more an optimizer, but which one?

Seems like several plugins use it

[wp_options].[can_compress_script] is by default come from WordPress. It should be referring to config define(‘COMPRESS_SCRIPTS’, true ) in wp-config.php. you can search the WP CONSTANT [COMPRESS_SCRIPT] to understand the meaning.
