Can your plugin be used as a global snippet?

Hi Vladimir,
I would like to understand how to use your Shortcodes Ultimate plugin, which looks fabulous, to do the following:
1. Create a small piece of text content on my WP site which I can reuse on many pages and
2. make updates to that piece of content, and then see that change reflected everywhere that I have already used it on my site.Here’s sample of the content I mean: https://www.yowangdu.com/tibet-travel/kailash-tour.html (It is the little gray box just below the first image on the post, that says, “If you are planning a trip to Tibet…”). There is a duplicate of it at the bottom of the page.
I made this as a Note with your plugin.
What I want to be able to do is to edit the text of that little piece of content in one place and have the changes populate everywhere that I have used that particular short code on my site.
It seems like your plugin can do this, but I do not see how.
