Can you use WooCommerce Shipping Packages with Shipstations “Official” Plugin?

    Hello,

    We were having some limitations with Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping Rates, and were advised to install the official Shipstation plug in to maintain order export to our SS dashboard.

    We also use Woocommerce Shipping Packages for additional shipping rules.

    Can both plug ins be used / work together to maintain our work / shipping flow and associated general and individual product level shipping rules?

    Yes, all of these plugins are compatible.

    If you will want to reduce a number of plugins as well as to import tracking links back to woocommerce and automatically notify customers about it, then you can consider switching to PRO version of Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping plugin.

    How does this reduce the number of plugins?

    Scenario 1 would be Shipstation plug in with Woocommerce Shipping Packages.

    Scenario 2 would be PRO version of Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping plugin with Woocommerce Shipping Packages.

    Or would Pro MCSS do all actions of both plugins in scenario 2 in one plugin?

    Also, does the PRO version of Multi-Carrier ShipStation Shipping work better than the official Woocommerce / Shipstation plugin we were advised to use both here and by Shipstaion?

    Yes, PRO version does what official ShipStation plugin does and more.

    Ok thanks, but will PRO Multi Carrier Shipstation Shipping also accomplish what we are using Woocommerce Shipping Packages for, or would we still need both plugins?
