    The database somehow completely removed. But the files still remains. How do I use this plugin to restore the database? Please describe it with the steps for me to do it right.

    and the files are at different sub-directory, do you think its issue?

    Use PHPMyAdmin to create the database, and use PHPMyAdmin to restore the database using the backup generated by this plugin.

    If you are unsure, hire a developer or ask your host to do it.

    I know this question is remotely related to this plugin but I hope the author can still help me, its very important:

    I restore the database in other subfolder and point the domain to that subfolder, how to make sure the old database and old site files stop functioning so it wont drain the resource?
