    Hi Indunil,

Thanks for reaching out, and thank you for using Kale- we really appreciate it!

Would you mind sharing a little more detail about what exactly it is that you need help with? I’m sorry for the hassle, just not sure I quite understand yet.

    Thanks so much!

I thought I would leave a post half-baked and start the next day. But when looking at that post, it is difficult to find the edit button. Is there a way I can shorten this without making it too long?

Thanks- I see what you mean now. In WordPress, if you want to edit a post (even if it’s already been published), you can go to Posts in your WP admin area, then click on the title of the post you’d like to edit. Or you can hover over the title and click the Edit link that appears beneath it.

Hope this helps- let us know if you need anything else!

You didn’t help me solve my problem. My problem still exists. How do I purchase the Pro theme? There is no help from you to solve this problem. I think I will be in trouble if I buy your theme. I regret using your theme.file:///C:/Users/USER/Downloads/be64cf16-e302-48d9-a17f-695b8c8e4be7.jpg

    Hello Indunil,

Thank you so much for your honest feedback, we really appreciate it and I’m sorry to hear that you’re still struggling with this issue.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it ??) it’s not a theme related issue, but we’re still happy to help.

You’re right that the screenshot you attempted to upload is not working, if you’re able to add that here we would love to take a look!

If you’re unable to find your edit button, you can also just go to the Posts page from your WordPress dashboard and click on the title of the post- this also opens the editing screen.

We do appreciate your honesty about your regretting using our theme, we’re sorry to hear this but we do agree that it’s probably best that you don’t order the Pro version.

Wishing you the very best with your site! Take care friend!

I know look for the edit button. I have more websites. These sites do not have this problem. I will send you a screenshot. Tell me a way to send it.

If you’d like, you can upload your screenshot to your web site, or to a screen sharing site if you prefer, then just post a link here in your reply and we’d be happy to take a look.

please help me this is image link – https://myshopelk.com/product/jjj/

The edit link is visible in your screenshot (I see Draft, Edit, Quick Edit, Trash, Preview, all the standard links). It looks like it’s basically just squished into a very narrow column.

If you open Screen Options at the top, try deselecting things that you don’t need until the columns fit comfortably again. Often you can just deselect the SEO column(s) without needing to ditch anything else.

hi dear thanks I fixed it with your guide. If I have done something wrong, I apologize to you.

Glad to hear you were able to get it resolved in the end. And you didn’t do anything wrong, we’re always happy to hear the reasons why a user of our free theme regrets using it, it helps us to improve others’ experience moving forward. Best of luck with your web site!
