Can you stop the removal of tax on tax except countries and just put the price u

  • Is it possible for the tax-exempt countries to still be charged the original entered price and not to have the tax rate removed from the total?

    So for example it currently does:
    Product price ￡10 which includes 1.67 tax (20%)
    So for tax exempt counties they get charged ￡8.33

    What I want to happen is tax exempt counties get charged ￡10 with 0 tax
