Can you reinstall certain pages of a theme?

I put a few pages of my theme that I did not want visible into the WordPress trash, only because I couldn’t get the “private” option to work. Prior to putting them in the trash, the pages appeared on my website with “PRIVATE:” labeled on them AFTER choosing the “private” setting. I didn’t plan on deleting them, I just wanted them out of the way for the time being.

I see now that the trash automatically deletes every so many days because those pages are now gone from the trash. I want to reinstall the 3 pages that were unintentionally deleted without disrupting my current live website. Is there a way to do this as a custom install without screwing up the rest of the website? Thanks in advance.
