• I’m a Siteground customer, Help please:
I need to reinstall WordPress after misplacing a module from Fancy Product Designer, I edited a short code in a window that disappeared, but it was to hide the swap products module in FPD, which worked. I now want it back. Can’t find the directions to hide the code so I can reverse it and can’t find it in any of the pages.

I need to reinstall a fresh new start of WordPress, wp reset is not my answer to my problem, tried and same results. How in this confusing world of php do I reinstall and where? Will it hopefully overwrite my mistake?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • First of all, if you have any questions about Fancy Product Designer, you should contact their support – here: https://codecanyon.net/item/fancy-product-designer-woocommercewordpress/6318393 – since this is a commercial product, you won’t get any answers about it here.

To reset a WordPress installation, you can also delete all files and empty the database. The support of your hoster can tell you how to do that. Files can usually be deleted via FTP, the database mostly via a phpmyadmin access. After that you can do a complete reinstallation.

Note that you will lose all data. Since it seems to be a store, all orders would also be gone. The better way would be to contact the support of Fancy Product Designer.
