Can you make this multisite safe?

Hmm, I don’t use MS myself, so I am not sure what is a good alternative to check. Maybe you should rename the title to reflect the content and maybe MS users can come and have a discussion.

I use Multisite and as I said the “update_plugins” capability is more appropriate.

On vanilla WordPress administrators have this capability (so no change for 99% of users). But on Multisite only super admins have this capability.

The problem at the moment is that administrators can delete things they probably should not on a multisite setup with your plugin.

I think the title is accurate.

I’m a plugin dev and the change is simple and makes sense.

Yeah all good, that is still a multisite safe capability and given the use case probably more appropriate
