can you make an adjustment?

Due to recent changes on Etsy, this wonderful plugin leads customers to Etsy with a undesirable “you may also like” area front and center of the page. Etsy says that to circumvent this feature our links must be in this format: https://www.etsy.com/yourshopname/listing/12345689/
Can you adjust the code to help us?
