Can you make a grouped list of categories for the subscription?

Hello,
I have Bloom installed as a subscription form and Mailpoet to manage subscriptions and emails.
But I have a problem, on my website I deal with many topics and I want my visitors to be able to sign up for the topic that interests them in the subscription form; shaving, cooking, playing sports, etc…
I have generated lists in Mailpoet, but when I try to generate those lists in Bloom’s form it forces me to decide on one of them. I want the visitor to “click” on the selection he wants.

I have spoken with the provider of Bloom (Elegant Themes) and he tells me that for this I should generate a grouped list in Mailpoet, but I do not see that option in his plugin.

Is there a way to make a selection of categories or topics in the subscription?
