    i have been testing the plugin, great work guys. My question is is there a way you can allow users who submit enquries via Contact Form 7 to go through uCare support system

    if you have email piping, you can direct contact form 7 forms to submit to the same inbox that you’re using for email piping.

    This will automatically create a new ticket for anyone who submits a contact form 7, gravity form or any other form inquiry.

    Email piping is not free though, you can get it as an add-on, or part of the Pro version. This is the only way to accomplish this with uCare.
