Can you include drop-down menu?

Someone else set up this portion of the website. It is a single page, and uses this Post UI Tabs tabbed menu. I want to create a drop-down for one of the tabs, but I can’t figure out how. Hypothetically I could create a drop-down menu and link the drop-downs to new pages, but I think that would mean I needed to stop using this plugin and just start from scratch, linking all parts of the menu to new pages, rather than keeping all of the content on this page. Is there any possibility of doing this with Post UI Tabs? Would love some help!!! Thanks.
