Can you enable 2FA for only certain users?

    I just started using the WordPress 2 Factor with multiple websites. However, with one website, I have 200 users. Can I enable the 2 Factor functionality with only the admin users or once I enable it, do I have to enable it for everyone!

    Hi.
    Users need to setup 2 step himself, admin only able to help user turn it off in trouble case like lost phone.
