Can you combine rules?

    I’m setting up a website for the purchase of Gold Bullion and want to offer customers a ‘vault storage’ option.

    Ideally I want to be able to set a fee based on:
    1) Product ‘Storage’ is added to cart
    but then set a variable on the fee that is calculated based on the cart subtotal

    so if cart subtotal is <￡16000 fee is flat ￡120
    But if cart subtotal is >￡16000 fee is 0.72%

    Is it possible to do this – i currently just have the free version and cant see a way to do it but maybe can with the pro version?

    At the moment i just have it set that when storage product added the fee added at checkout is 0.72% of basket total
