can you auto-generate a report?

i have a client who is a weight coach. (he teaches how to lose weight).

he wants every student to log to his site once a month, and submit his weight on that day.
that’s a simple contact form with 2 fields – name and weight.

but then he wants, once a month, to receive an excel file with the data.
simple 2 columns:

joe – 91kg
steve – 88kg
alan – 64 kg
etc. etc.

can your plugin generate automatically an excel file, of 1 month, and automatically send it by email?
