How to call an image title in media.php

    First of all, I apologize for my English, because my English isn’t good.

    I want to know how to call this image title in wp-includes/media.php file.

    $atts['caption'] is calling image caption but

    $atts['title'] is doesn’t call the attached image title.

    What causes it? Please help me.
