Can you alter entire Permalink of a page to directly link to a different website

    So yeah, can you alter the entire Permalink of a page to directly link to a different website? I want to link to my facebook page via the navigation at the top. To do this I need to make a new page and redo the permalink to facebook.com/page…

    Is there a way to do this? or a plugin you guys recommend?
