Can you add Removing of Plugin Notifications

    @venkeyaccent does not look like a good idea as plugins should be kept up to date whenever possible. You can however, manually do that via the Custom Admin CSS module should the notification be too obstrusive for your taste. It can also be ‘hidden’ using the Hide Admin Notices module.
