Actually we are looking for something like this ourselves.

We are using BuddyBoss with LifterLMS, WooCommerce and WCVendors and we are looking for roles-capabilities plugin that will solve the following issues:

1) Vendors can see, but not edit, other vendors Courses and Memberships.
2) When associating a Course with a WooCommerce Product, in the drop down menu vendors can(!) select other vendors Products.
3) Vendors can see all users in the backend. It would be ok to see their own users – clients but they can see all of them.
4) In the back end, they have access to the +New menu tab, where they can add things they shouldn’t be adding, like users as mentioned, blog posts etc.

Please advise if your plugin can assist us solve these issues.

While there isn’t a built-in solution to achieve exactly what you’re looking for. I can recommend Codeable for example, a platform that connects you with vetted WordPress developers.

A developer can likely create a custom solution to meet your specific needs.
