Can you add a hook please ?

Hi developpers,

We need a code correction for hook “submit_job_form_fields_get_job_data” or “submit_job_form_fields_get_user_data”. In “class-wp-job-manager-form-submit-job.php” for the submit() function the hook is in a condition (lines 391 & 407) . It is a problem. A similar function in “class-wp-job-manager-form-edit-job.php” applies the hook outside the conditions (line 90). Can you put this hook outside the conditions please? Or add a new one?
