Can WP REST API be disabled for non-authenticated users?

    Hello, just a short question because the admin wants to have the plugin “Disable REST API” used on all sites. It disables access to the WordPress REST API for unauthenticated users.

    Is this OK for correct function of the PayPal plugin?

    We have installed the plugin and analyzed its interaction with the PayPal Payments plugin. Our findings indicate that it does not impact the functionality of the PayPal Payments plugin.
