Can WP Quiz produce multiple results for personality quiz

Hi there, does either the Free to Paid version of WP Quiz produce multiple results upon quiz completion. For example, let’s say I have established 4 personality types (A, B, C, D), and want the quiz taker to fall into the top 2 personality types which they get the most points. In other words, when they complete the quiz, the results would say you are personality type: A and C. Is that possible with your plugin?

Secondly, I noticed that your plug has not been updated for some time, and wordpress indicates that is has not been tested with my version of wordpress, which is the latest version. Should I be concerned about the plugin malfunctioning or possibly even breaking my wordpress site since it has not been updated?

Lastly what is the max number of questions that can be added to a single quiz?
