Can WP and Stripe do this?

I’m working on a bed & breakfast website that just has a few rooms they want to list like a hotel. I’d like to use Stripe to handle transactions but I’m having a hard time figuring out whether to use a theme with a reservation system, or a dedicated reservation plugin.

Here are the goals:
– charge a $15 booking fee at the time of the reservation online
– charge the remainder of the reservation balance when they checkout
– charge credit card balance via backend payment gateway system (stripe?)

Is something like this even possible? Obviously the major hotel chains all do this from their websites but I’m trying to do this as affordably as possible. If anyone can recommend some themes, plugins or payment ideas to handle this situation I’m open to suggestions! Thanks in advance.
