Can we use this pluin as paypal standard?

Hi,
I cannot keep USD as my base currency, hence cannot use paypal standard in my gateway for USD. I was wondering if can use the same functionality as paypal standard or similar to it with the express checkout button appearing at the bottom of the checkout page?
