Can we search and group data by logged in user

What we want is a simple form filled by logged in user let say for example (for each form let say we pay $5) and once usergoto their dashboard it will show all the entries logged by that user only and at the end it will show total amount total of entries he done (we might also want some more calcuateions like total number of entries done by user should be multiply by $5 and we had total to pay $25 to him)

can we do that if so how? little guidence is needed
