We’re working on a BuddyPress / Memberium / Infusionsoft integration and want to offer Zendesk to our member admins so they can submit support requests from their BuddyPress Dashboard, but we want to send status updates to BuddyPress notification system so the user gets a BuddyPress Notification when their Zendesk ticket has a change in status.

Is there anyway to parse this information being called back through the Zendesk WordPress widget so we can send it to BuddyPress notifications?

    Hi!

Currently the plugin does not support this yet, But this can be probably done using the Zendesk api, or creating Target and triggers in Zendesk

    Thanks!

Okay, I’ve done the research on your suggestions and looks like it’s all possible, since Buddypress does have a notifications API that can ingest an action sent to it. We’ll go with that and inform our developer to look into it. Thanks for your help.
