Can we prevent the notices from reaching certain user roles?

    Hello.
    Thank you for offering this plugin for us to use for free.

    I have reviewed the documentation and settings and I cannot find a way to restrict the sending of notices to certain user roles that I have on my website.
    I want the EDITORS not to receive the email to make the evaluations.
    Really, what I need is that users with the EDITOR Role cannot make reviews.
    you can help ?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    What do you mean by notices? Is this the review reminder email? If yes, you can go to admin area > Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder:
    – Enable for Roles: Specific Roles.
    – Roles: select all roles except Editor.

    Thanks for your quick response.
    I don’t really understand what it means.
    I need certain roles (EDITOR) not to be able to rate the products, not to be able to leave a review.

    And of course, don’t send reminder emails to add a review either.

    I can’t find that configuration in your Plugin.
    I repeat:

    • I need to prevent users with the EDITOR role from being able to give their ratings or reviews
      how can I get that?

    Hi,

    It is available on our plugin settings page, screenshot https://imgur.com/y4GkXqr

    It is applied to the review reminder email. For the review form on the product page, our plugin does not have a similar option.

    Hi,

    In short:

    – For the review reminder email: we support this case.
    – For the review form on the product page on your site: we do not support this case.
