• Hello Pradeepmakone,

    This plugin is really amazing.
    I would like the support agent to be able to edit “custom fields” in the backend.
    Please help.

    Many thanks,
    Ammar

    Could you please guide me where to go if I want to do change the code?
    I guess I can do it in editTicket.php file.
    Thanks.

    Hello Support,

    I have changed the line 119 in this file getIndivisualTicket.php
    to <?php if ($current_user->has_cap(‘manage_support_plus_ticket’)) { ?>
    The edit icon appeared, but I could not reach the editTicket
    I got this message;

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    My project stock on this step.
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello!

    This is a feature that I would also be interested in. If you could point me in the right direction in to how to maybe even add this feature myself that would be helpful

    Hi,

    This is an interesting feature that I think must be implemented, if not implemented so what is the use of creating custom fields that can’t be used anyway?

    Best Regards,
    Amir Iskander
